This poor lookin’ pooch has passed away. His owner had to euthanize him at 14 years old because his heart was failing. Would you own this dog? Anyone who knows me knows that I would love to have a dog like this. Look at all the personality in him! Sam is the 3 time champion of the World's Ugliest Dog. I think he looks awesome.
